Terms of Use

These terms are between you and Qazana Systems LTD ("we") for Lumeira. We are the same company that runs qazana.net.

You download Lumeira from the Mac App Store, so Apple's checkout, refunds, and the standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) apply, along with whatever checkout text Apple shows you when you buy.

If anything here conflicts with Apple on billing, distribution, or refunds, Apple's rules control.

License to use the app

If you comply with these terms and Apple's terms, Qazana Systems LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use Lumeira on Mac devices you own or control, for personal or internal business purposes, under Mac App Store rules.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Lumeira. That includes reverse engineering it to ship a competing App Store product, bypassing security controls, or breaking the law with it. You are responsible for the files you open and what you do with them.

Disclaimer

Lumeira is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent not limited by mandatory consumer protection laws, Qazana Systems LTD disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Qazana Systems LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from your use of Lumeira. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, liability is limited to the fullest extent still permitted. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived under the laws of your country, including mandatory consumer protections where you qualify as a consumer.

Export

You may not use or export Lumeira except as authorized by United States export regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction where you obtain or use the app. The app does not add its own encryption beyond what macOS and standard system frameworks provide for typical local image viewing.

Software you receive

Customers receive a compiled Mac App Store build. Source code is not part of the purchase, and we do not publish it to buyers through this site or the listing.
